Without knowing where you got Enigmail from, we can't help you.

If you're using a Linux distro and you installed it from your distro's
repository, you need to check with your distro.

If you're using OS X and GPGTools and you installed it through that, you
need to talk to GPGTools.

We can only provide signatures for versions of Enigmail we ourselves
host on our own website.  The great joy of open source is that anyone
can download Enigmail, modify it to accommodate a certain need, and
redistribute it -- but that also means we can't certify anything but the
ones we release ourselves.
