Where have most menu items gone in Enigmail v0.95.0?

We have introduced an Expert Mode in Enigmail v0.95.0. By default, most menu items and preferences are now hidden.

If you want to get all the menu items and preferences back, then go to OpenPGP > Preferences and activate the option Display expert settings.
